Indian coffee house in Lucknow has a significant history

Lucknow. Indian Coffee House in Lucknow is a chain of vegetarian coffee houses in India. It was founded in 1938 in Lucknow by the Coffee Board Workers’ Co-operative Society. It is located in the heart of Hazratganj, the main shopping area of Lucknow.

It was established in 1965 and is one of the oldest Indian Coffee Houses in the country. It is a popular hangout spot for locals and tourists alike.

The menu features a variety of Indian dishes, as well as coffee, tea, and snacks. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it a great place to people-watch or just relax with a cup of coffee. Was reading about this out of curiosity so thought of sharing. I am not sure how many of you know this place but it was my regular spot during University days.
